lol.. you put up a satellite with say wikileaks' data, something everyone wants to get rid of, and you'll most likely just have an "accident" involving some low orbit ballistic missile and all the data is then lost.

I don't know about Ericsson but all sony needs is to update the PS3 to run on Android and build a touch screen PSP with those slide out controls. And actually nvm Ericsson would be needed to make that device a phone cuz otherwise noone would buy it. But yes Sony should turn all PS3s into Google TVs / game consoles.

IMo.. Screwing the public is wasting billions of dollars in military budget and on staff/elections/elected members, like senators, but not in education or decent health care.

@brahmachari99: I prefer the simplicity over that. What does it matter that I have one text compared to 10? Wouldn't you check it either way? I would.

@Hami83: Ah yeah. That's what I assumed too. Apple is usually good with people that buy Apple Care though.. ive gotten my HDD replaced like 3 times in 3 years all for free :P

@Hami83: Are batteries not covered under Apple Care?

@xcalibr: Where the f is tesla coil hero? That's what I wanna play!

Lol.. I hear developers don't like coding for linux cuz its fragmented.

@XerxesQados: Billionaires yes, but they are hippies and geeks first. They don't play sports.

@resisx: IBM does all the consultant work and designs basically every new low level technology you could possibly list off (just for example the multicore PS3 CPU). Agreed they don't produce them but all @edhe [on xbl] said was if their stuff were to crash so would the world and it's true.

@jdale: yeah there are a few pros..

Why is Oracle's dispute with Google involved? They are fighting over the java underlay of Android not anything mobile related.. Also even if they should be involved why in the circle? They could easily be put outside of the circle seeing as they are only interacting with one another.

@LukeDukem: AMAZING! Best ever that I've seen.

Xbox is OS is nice and all but if I was MS I'd replace it with Windows Phone 7. I mean, yes, the Xbox OS is nice but for the simplicity of the consumer give them something they are gonna get used to anyways or atleast something you want the user to get used to. Similarly I think the PS3 should come loaded with Android

@patman: In my future world I see a mix of these "smart" cars and other cars where dedicated roads like major highways/hov lanes will be for automated cars and the rest of the traffic gets the rest of the roads. Also because not every road is designated for automated travel, the early integrated cars would be a hybrid

Lol it would be amazing if Zuck turned Facebook into a non profit .org Then he could claim he is selling people's privacy for charity. It would be an impressive, very financially stupid, but admirable move. People would HAVE to love him. He would be this generation's Buddha.

@devianaut: You guys are all forgetting why Facebook was even attractive in the first place. It was developed for students to meet other students and share things privately. While similar sites like Myspace and Nexopia were easily available to parents and pedophiles. Also, new generations just tend to be anti

@alienshards: lol I was thinking similarly. All I can imagine is that they cache but don't "store" your data on their servers and I guess cuz it's encrypted it will be hard for anyone to just take off their servers and like any cache it needs to be recent so if you wanna leave you keep your personal data when you go.
