That's every game for Felix.

NBC is unlikely to change much. There isn't a complaint heard this year we didn't hear four years ago. NBC really doesn't care what the Twitterverse has to say. It pays a bazillion dollars for those rights and will happily ignore the whining if it gets to recoup its rights fees, promote its networks and sell its new

It's San Bernardino.

This one captures Deadspin perfectly: "Now all the commenters think that they're the love children of Dane Cook and Jim Rome...and then +1-ing each other."

"Do you know anything?" Because clearly we at Deadspin don't, so we'll continue to traffic it wild, unsubstantiated speculation.

The Mariners drew 3 million people not that long ago. Almost a decade of pure suckitude tends to depress your attendance figures — and your fan base.

I love when Deadspin writers pretend to know anything about journalism. Always good for a laugh or two.

Pretty sure you don't have a clue what you're talking about. Any umpire can get help any time he feels another umpire might have had a better angle or more information. In this case there was no way for him to see the bobble (blocked by the glove) so he got help from the plate umpire.

Not a four-base error. She almost certainly had it beat out at first, and even if it would have been close you don't give an error on that.

This episode where Andy was the umpire and called Opie out — pissing off Aunt Bea big-time — is a classic.

If the media doesn't dig into it the whole story will NEVER come out. Seems pretty clear the university worked hard to cover it up, and local officials are in bed with the university.

Yes, why can't today's comedians be more like Milton Berle and George Burns and Red Skelton?! Not all this filthy sex talk!

Nobody saw it in real-time because it didn't happen — except in your mind.

Every umpire reading this post was thinking exactly what you said. I think this is probably protestable — although they may not bother for a Rookie League game.

Unless you live in Manhattan that's an extremely high price for that repair. I'd look around. Should be closer to $750-800 (which I realize is still a good chunk of change).

Might want to mention its Windows 7 only.

@DevourerKwi: Be careful about that one. People with heart conditions, respiratory problems and other conditions may not appear handicapped but in fact need the spaces. You could end up being the asshole here.
