Seriously biased here, but the coolest thing about the look of that car is their main sponsor, which actually advertises the role Mori has played in making that car. On a related note, I wonder just how many CNC bits and pieces that thing has...

I didn't say that the new model had no similarities to the old one, but every single change that has been made to the grill compared to the one you posted exists in the Fusion:

I like the Fusion's grill, too, but does it really need to spread to other cars?

I'm pretty sure the only part where he took sides was the "pretenses of democracy" bit, but if you think the entire country of Russia is something other than Putin's to control at whim, you need to go back and reread the stories of the last two decades.

I think the main issue for Lamborghini is that their main cars (Aventador and Murcielago) are the reason people buy the cheaper version (Huracan and Gallardo), so they basically have to copy their design into the cheaper ones (cue 650s entrance).

Also, I just took your drawings, and (sorry for the bad trace job, but Photoshop wouldn't select with the gray and my hands are shaky from coffee) planted the Huracan over both the Aventador and the Lotus. Without scaling, the Lambos don't look too similar:

Like Ovlz asked, can you do the swage lines thing for the Gallardo? I'm curious how they compare.

Did a little more research: the Boostcap 3000 can support a continuous current of 130 RMS Amps at around room temp, and 2200 RMS over a second. Oh boy

You'd be surprised. Multiply the Farads by the Voltage, and divide by the number of seconds over which it discharges (assuming you're getting a complete discharge). Shit adds up fast.

I definitely don't have this sitting on my bookshelf because I did a small favor for a guy who researched fuel cells and hybrids. And I'm definitely not (seriously, this time) going to plug this into my little wagon's lighter adapter. I have a feeling that might cause a little too much blue light.

It's not about having something to hide; it's about wanting the government to follow the rules that it's supposed to. If they went ahead and modified the Constitution and revoked the Fourth Amendment, then they can go collecting as much as they want, but they have not.

According to the Mythbusters episode on this, you need to put some effort into it, actually.

You do realize that Tesla's whole sales pitch is that what they are selling is a fundamentally different solution to the same problem, right? They're not claiming to be "funky", but rather the future.

No one currently uses fission to generate electricity, so that's not really a relevant comparison. Like Inthegutter says, nuclear reactors (not bombs) use the heat of radioactive decay anyway, so this is just a small-scale version that modifies everything for portability.

See, I'm from California but now live in NC. The lack of In-N-Out for cheap good fast food is a serious point against living away from California in the long run. It's truly painful (for my stomach when asked to eat shitburgers).

I hereby put forward the idea that Bernie's support for a subject is more grounds for its categorization as WRONG, than the detailed analysis of its merits in its own right. Seriously, when has this fuck ever said anything (that's become involved in a news story) that was not greedy, wrong, and selfish? At least Putin

Can you elaborate?

At least Golum was half good...

And has much better grip.

It's a lot easier to get people to check out your sources if you don't start by insulting them. Trust me. I know from experience ;)
