My wife and I lost our baby at 18 weeks in January. Her water bag broke and separated from the womb. There was no water left and continuing the pregnancy would’ve put tremendous risks to her health and the health of the baby. So we aborted — even though the baby was still technically healthy. But there was no water

There is nothing wrong with the electoral college. The problem is that the GOP has screwed everything up with their ridiculous gerrymandering.

If I’m going on a short hike then for me, it’s much better to go empty handed. It’s a lot more fun hiking without a bunch of “stuff” bogging me down. I just bring my iPhone so I can take a lot of photos and videos.

I just spent a week in Maui on my honeymoon taking tons of photos and videos with my iPhone 6s Plus. They are all perfectly organized in the Photos app both on iPhone and Mac. I guess I’m not seeing the problem. I’m not overthinking this though. I just shoot photos and videos and let Apple automagically handle the

I’d like to see This Or That

Actually, I’m pretty satisfied. That was funny.

Who are the fact checkers? And who is checking them? And how do they become a fact checking authority in the first place? That’s the real question.

Of course it should be the voice of the great Howard Stern

It’s “spill-free” but yet first thing is that it spills.

You can always introduce a cheap option for people. But eventually the cheap option inflates and can’t be afforded. It is just the nature of the beast. So just throwing a cheap option at people isn’t the answer.By the same token, the expensive option also inflates and therefore isn’t sustainable either. So there has

I feel your pain. Something like that happened to me too. I ended up doing a factory reinstall (through iTunes on my Macbook) and restoring from an iCloud backup. Plus everything is stored in either iCloud Music or Photo Library. So it all worked out. But I was kinda annoyed that the iOS 10 OTA update bricked my phone.

Under Steve Jobs everything just worked. Period. These days, things work — or don’t work. It all depends. Seems like Apple is turning into Microsoft. And I’m saying this as a person who is using an iPhone 6s Plus, original Apple Watch (the one Tim Cook recently obsoleted for no apparent reason — I mean, it’s not like

In the moment, I’m not thinking about all that stuff. Just want to snap the photo. If I’m going to put that much effort into a shot then i’d rather just use a real camera.

I keep seeing “Manual” written everywhere. So to see what all the fuss was about, I downloaded it. I don’t get it. So tedious. Why would anyone want to take a photo this way? I’ll just stick with the default camera app.

Well if the passwords were stolen almost 3 years ago then the damage is done. Sure go change your password but I don’t think it needs to be a “Quick! Do it now!” type of thing.

That would be great to do that without having to purchase expensive third party software.

Well I guess you can’t please everyone. I’m having fun with it.

Finally!

I upgraded this morning. Here are my thoughts on it:

1> It went really smoothly.

I’m just glad I waited. It feels good to let other people install the beta and work out the bugs. Then once they are done doing all the work of smoothing it out, I can start using it.
