The director’s cut will be three times as long. Not because of restored scenes, but because of all the slow-mo.

Agreed. Keep the damn units the same. It is like saying “If I take the freeway to Jeff’s house it is 10 miles, but going backroads it is 120 furlongs.”

I definitely got better at understanding him as Rebels went on, so I’m not sure how much was them making him easier to understand or me just getting used to him.

Oh God... Am I starting to understand what Chopper is saying?

All of this.

Chopper is genuinely calculating. He emotes a lot but in the end you get the sense that he is following the kind of logic a computer designed to backseat pilot a starfighter would follow with regards to the war they’re fighting, my pilot matters, her allies matter, and these dudes in the white armor and the gray ships

My first thought was he is just doing what most of us have probably wanted to do at times but had enough self control to not actually do it. However, having the ax in your vehicle to actually do this means he was either planning on snapping or yeah who knows what else he had in mind for the ax.

Best. Star Wars. Character. Ever.

He got more understandable as Rebels progressed. This does seem slower though.

God, the Chopper/Hera banter is PERFECT.

In our pre-Ahsoka re-watch of Rebels, wow it’s so clear just how murderous and “do whatever I need to get the job done” Chopper really is. If they wrote him well in this series, he could be a pretty popular character.

The walled garden. This has been tried since day one of the public Internet.

100% chance he would’ve had pounds of lead pumped into his chest if he wasn’t a white dude. Especially when they tried to stop him/and or calm him down and he was still fighting them over it.

Why would this guy ever try to defend the parking gate or take the axe??? Just walk out and say, “Yeah I agree this thing fucking sucks and I hate my job but I gotta work. Hey lets put that axe down before the police freak out. Maybe just leave it in the grass and drive off and they won’t even know...”

is this really necessary? I mean if your tv is large enough that you want to mount it to a wall most if not all VESA mounting kits are going span the distance between two studs and the TV itself will hide the mount. Just buy the appropriate sized mounting kit find the studs closest to where you want your tv centered.

If I were her I’d use chances like that to try out a number of super silly disguises.

I wish I was simple-minded enough to ignore genuine existential threats like climate change and the rise of authoritarianism and focus all my energy on something banal like how other people choose to live their lives.

It must be exhausting to be this scared of trans people all the time.

The Tacoma ad can (and should) be watched repeatedly.
