The answer seems to be “less than you think.”

If you’re an old-school Star Trek fan and you haven’t watched SNW, you are truly depriving yourself of something amazing.

SNW nails the feel of the best of Star Trek, it’s optimistic with loads of allegory and they remembered to turn on the lights while filming. Plus, it’s episodic (with continuing subplots) and not a ten-hour movie broken up.

We didnt see the Pike Episodes of Discovery and went right into the SNW with no problems.  They very much make it accessible.

The Cerritos Uniform looks so good in live action, this is going to be fun

Lower Decks takes place after The Next Generation, Strange New Worlds is set on the Enterprise before Kirk takes over. So there’s most likely time travel shenanigans, which I think Jonathan Frakes (directing this episode) has confirmed.

the fact that they didn’t have to be recast for live action is making me so so so so happy.

Happy to see Captain Mrs. McMurray back, though.

Per Wiki, it’s a mix of ERJ 135 and 145s (that part confirmed by the FAA), both in 30 seat configs (that part’s Wiki). The 135s normally are 37 and 145s 50. So...at least if they’re full it’s better than a Learjet.

I mean, I’m not actually sure there would have been a more efficient, or safer, way to do this - with enough skill, getting the animal safely under control with a lasso means it can be lead right into a waiting truck and taken away, and it looks like it happened here. Tranquilizing an animal can be risky, and having

works like 87.4% of the time.

That was surely the claim; that it could scan all the shapes on a human and their backpack and make evaluations no matter what material an object is made out of. It probably works like 87.4% of the time.

If I am dropping 75K plus the cost of the car I want my front and rear rims to match.

OK, look; the engineering on these things has always been “a bit extra”, but the little door that pops open when it’s next to a wall to get the stuff it’s big front sucker can’t get....that’s too much. This thing is from fucking Cybertron.

It’s name is Stoptimus Grime.

Has he ever actually paid anyone money owed?

Well he can’t call the superfriends because they are gone ....

I mean, yes, there are certainly different kinds of intelligence, but anyone with a PhD. who doesn’t even have a basic understanding of the scientific method is a bit circumspect.

It seems to me that the professor should try taking something that he knows to be an original work, like something he wrote, or something that was turned in years ago prior to Chat GPT and trying the same process he used. Seems like any PhD. worth his/her salt would know to use a control group in conducting any kind

Maybe they just get rid of the backseat altogether and store the batteries there, turning the upper portion into a parcel shelf a la the USDM CRZ. Actually, maybe associating with the CRZ is a bad omen for anything hoping to be a sporty hybrid....

GR86 Prime would be something... I’d love to be able to go out for a drive just for the hell of it, with the knowledge that at least some (ideally, all) of it is still sustainable fun (though tire particulates might be another issue)
