You could always tell it had a metallic sheen to it, but I expected it to be a bit more of an oily black that maybe changed colors depending on how the light hit it.

Hasbro has discussed the methodology in Q&A sessions, but they are basically provided with certain items (character models, colors, etc) with a specific amount of lead time. They are also intentionally kept in the dark with other stuff. I assume, since we at least saw a glimpse of this character in the early teasers,

It actually is a clever and sensible fighting style that utilizes one of the lesser advantages of a saber over a conventional melee weapon. Blocking and parrying is an important aspect of sword combat that requires dedication of force in certain directions - to be able to feint an attack that requires a block only to

I disagree. I had no idea about Cortosis, but it was readily apparent that the Stranger had something that momentarily disabled sabers. It was accompanied by the sound of a saber hitting something (so not him using the Force to shut the saber off as we’ve seen before), so I assumed it was a variant of Beskar.

He sure did. I guess he went all Hollywood and got veneers.

Honestly, I hadn’t thought about that. My TV does have HDR controls in the menu, and I set that to brightest as well - but it is still regular LED.

It’s not bad. It fits the scrapper-look of the character. But what this really does is demonstrate how this show (like Bad Batch before it), is unnecessarily dark. I have to turn the TV brightness to its highest setting, while sitting in a pitch black room to see anything that’s not a lightsaber. Why is it all so

Hasbro has said in various Q&As over the years that they are basically given permissions and designs for certain things but are not told about the future of those things. In other words (unless one is especially conspiracy minded), they had no idea the Razorcrest was going to be destroyed when they did the Haslab

It was never meant to be a Vista Cruiser or Roadmaster style wagon. It was the same wheelbase and overall length as the Charger and 300 so yeah, it was more of a “sport wagon”. The only extra volume you got was vertical (unless you folded the rear seats).

Honestly this! If this magic key is so powerful, it needs to be managed accordingly with multiple levels of security logging. That someone could just leave it out on a table is a massive failure on multiple levels.

From the dopey idiot on 30 Rock, to his turn as the far-right-wing rancher in Fargo, I’d say he has surpassed Goldblum in some ways (though it’s not a fair comparison - Goldblum’s whole draw is his Goldbluminess).

On the one hand, animating memes made from actual video is a perfect way to test the software specifically because we already know how it’s supposed to look. This in turn should allow fine-tuning to better match that reality.

This was my thought too. Maybe they were trapped on the wrong side of a storm and tried to run from it.

The “roller coaster” maneuver was just the proper response to what would have been a warning from the Enhanced Ground Proximity Warning System. When the EGPWS says “TERRAIN TERRAIN! PULL UP! PULL UP!” you go max thrust and do that - figure out what happened later.

This is a good answer.

With only a few rare examples (a classic GT40 for example), I don’t care that much about car sounds but the noise of that Caddy when it fires up the engine in the changeover from the electric launch is demonically amazing.

But was their required work still getting done?

I was going to say game recognizes game from one conman to another.

Thank you!

But... Amazon Prime Day is coming!
