Yeah, works for me. I got the main game when Steam had it heavily discounted, so this still seems like a bargain.

This is my thought. Whatever she may claim, seems like a pretty clear threat to me. Certainly a call to/promise of obstruction of justice.

Not to get too deep into the woods but “perfect people acting perfectly” is a pretty standard trope. Be they superheroes or just really pretty, it’s a money maker.

The blue one definitely looks better than the white which looks like any other appliance. But they’re both a far cry from “beautiful”.

I’d even say it’s the only car the corporate grill actually looks good on!

Or, you could buy a two year old, single-owner LC500 with low miles for the same price or less. You’d have another car that wasn’t fast fast, but looked waaay better (in my humble opinion).

Just like every other monolithic dinosaur in the US, it will need to get much worse before it gets any better and they will thrash around to their last breath. Now that EVs have been brought under the culture-war umbrella, they have more money than ever to fund their death throes.

No wonder I can't even remember what day it is.

While this may not be a direct response to the writer’s strike, it’s another great example of why it’s happening. Now that these shows have been disappeared, everyone involved loses any residuals or other money for them.

I imagine the residuals requirements are different for it. Disney must not need to pay as much since it was developed long before the current system was in place.

Money. If it’s available to watch somewhere, the people involved have to get paid. Even if it’s only percents of a penny, it adds up and the owners don’t want to pay it.

This was my thought. So this is like the old Celebrity Boxing thing, except instead of C-tier celebs punching each other it’s Twitch streamers?

Being a totally dull nerd, I just discovered I’ve never actually known what poppers are. I’ve heard the term and I think I thought they were pills like uppers. I can’t really be surprised that a small bottle with liquid in it might accidentally be downed like a shot, no matter how bad it smells/tastes.

Not much of a coffee table is it? Ok everyone, clear off all your stuff so we can turn the TV on... and now hold it because you don’t have access to a flat surface any more.

Why switch up the alcohol to lifetime average vs yearly average like everything else? How many years is being used for that lifetime average?

SNL writers are glad they’re on strike, because they just had their opening skit spoiled.

They’re working on that. It’s called CPDLC (Controller-Pilot DataLink Communication), and it’s basically like text messaging between ATC and individual aircraft. Unfortunately, it’s still in very early stages and is mostly only used enroute. I would expect things like Take off and Landing clearances will probably be

That’s pretty glorious. All it needs is a slip-on barrel extender to make it full-size. I love the idea of a shorty-mini-gun though.

I feel like most every article has reminded readers of Miller being a creepy groomer.

Yeah - it’s going to be less efficient than a fully loaded 737, but way more efficient than most every normal corporate jet if they fill all thirty seats. Because it began it’s life as an airliner, the Embraer also has very efficient engines for its size - it burns the same fuel as much smaller bizjets.
