which is another thing that annoys me w/Nintendo.. TELL US YES OR NO about VC on the Switch.. that is all.. just one word... Nintendo USA needs to be handed reigns i feel at times, just feels like Nintendo Japan is so out of touch it w/the rest of the world and how we work/interact/expectations...

a little.. i sold my Wii U two years ago and should have just kept it. hehe. ;)

as a geek, my guess is that they didn’t implement a voice chat feature on the Switch itself because it would literally kill the battery life on it; voice chat / messaging / friend apps are usually always pinging the servers to get messages and they didn’t know how to do it properly since they have literally been 5

hehe.. oh well.. ;) the truth can be painful at times.. i give no more passes to nintendo..

well in that case, i apologize for my snark. i have had to walk just a mile each way for two weeks and yea.. it was a long two weeks and it was just a mile!! have a good buddy!

the same person who thought voice chat on a mobile phone for the Switch was totally a great idea.. why would we have a voice chat app on the console? let’s make the gamers have two devices that need to be charged and then connected through a series of god awful cables and adapters... i mean it’s not like there is a

Nintendo deserves the condescension. ZERO word on VC for the Switch (THE best platform to have VC on imo)

because i bet you have walked 3 miles each way to work 5 days a week and would know.... these people are awesome!!

ahhh! makes sense why my pal and i couldn’t get to a few events in our private session... yea, i’m basically done w/GTA Online at this point. i don’t play enough and the grind to rewards ratio is too grind heavy vs the rewards.. and griefers... yea... however RDR2 and co-op w/my pals? oh yea!! just am sick of the

solution: create your own private session. :)

agreed. i wonder if many of the current politicians ever took the time to read the book “A Tale of Two Cities”. just leaving that out there.....

and showed gameplay too. my big question is of course: Where the fuck is Virtual Console for the Switch? that was the only thing i really wanted from nintendo this E3.... :(

my issues are with how they implemented voice chat; seems like if we are paying for online, voice chat should be a little less ‘fucked’ than it currently seems to be w/the phone app and splitter device. nonetheless, we are all getting ahead of ourselves but again the way they did voice chat just gives me a bad feeling

if nintendo would stop giving us reasons to bitch we would. i’m sick of giving them passes on bad decisions that for the rest of the industry are non-questions or issues like.. voice chat and online. yea, price is very low for online but again they have NOT PROVEN themselves at all online and these horrible decisions

pricing should be free for first two years; they have NO REP in the online infrastructure world and $20 is even too much to pay for basically being a beta tester. PSN was free for several years as Sony built it out and then finally charged for it but did so w/PSN Plus that gave you not just online gaming but also

yea, they get no props from me until they show us something. i love how people think they can just put up their online service and its going to work.. yea, right.... i’m guessing most reader aren’t in IT and don’t work on backend network systems, load balancing and geographical latency. and their track record for

Star Trek Bridge Crew VR | Oculus Rift, PS VR, HTC Vive | Co-op starship simulator

and again tell me why paddle shifters on an automatic w/6-8 speeds are not engaging vs this? if anything, i feel like a F1 racer when i’m in manual mode on my auto. i can engine brake, downshift, bring up to the redline.. sure no launch control or launch mode (didn’t have option) but still. this seems like a huge

oh man.. when i tell people i have an auto on some car forums.. oof.. flamed out.. i personally love my automatic in my mini cooper s coupe. its perfect for city driving and is still as fun if not more than a manual.

and the new manual automatics are pretty decent, esp 6-8 speed variants w/sport modes. add in launch control and full control over shift points.. however there will always be ‘manuals are superior’ crowds that love the ‘feel’ of a manual. ;) i go both ways.. hehe
