Maybe other kids will see their hero eating lunch with that “weird” kid and stop being mean and sit with him too.

Agreed, all my fat is in my belly and legs. Even when I dropped down to 170 with hiking, biking and jogging my legs stayed big, and it wasn’t a build up of muscle.

How can I reduce the fat around my groin area? Even when I got down to 170 lbs a few years back that area was still “fat”.

I did the Day of Unplugging last year. Took me back to my youth in the 80s when all I needed was just my wallet and keys. Since then every Saturday I unplug, my family and friends know to call me if it's only an emergency.

One day, when I wasn't in a good mood, I listened to Fever Ray's 'If I Had A Heart' on a constant loop for 8 hours.

The refrigerator would be a good spot for this.

I can't say 'No' when people ask for my help on a project, which puts a lot on my plate. I've worked overtime for said projects while the person who asked goes home at 5.

Another breathing trick is to inhale, hold the breath, and exhale, taking four seconds for each step. I find that helps me when I sense I'm about to fly off the handle.

Another approach is to write down the good times you spent with your partner and present it as a gift, in a heart shaped container, on a milestone anniversary.
