So do you think 5 years from now there will proven numbers of infections and deaths between the the blue team (who most likely wear masks + vaccinate) and red team ( “Merica! I got my rights!”) ? How could there not be?

I stand corrected!

If you want to go back in history, The original factory was in the Indian river section of Springfield, Ma.

Germans. You forgot Germans.

The bottom of the line standard transmission for the 67 Pontiac GTO was a 3 speed FORD tranny!

You do realize that there is all kinds of other races (started last week?) going on now and until the cup race?

Great interview! I’m one of those fans from the old days that would ride my bike 7 hours to watch a race. Hated to see it turn almost underground. The revival has been nothing short of a miracle. TV time! LOVE IT!. Multiple brands? Super! Short track + long tracks the same weekend? Great! TT’s besides Pioria? Why not?

What a great heartfelt story! We go to the Glen every year for the vintage races-and camp at the toe of the boot. We do the whole history version-pull into town with enough time to hit up the Seneca Lodge (where they used to do victory lane.) Then Friday downtown for the re-enactment of the old course. Yes-I confess. I too wondered if I could keep it. Thank you for answering lifes tough questions.

Anyone who got this knows the feeling of a wedgie.....

Teams did do different strategies in the stages. Notice Bell stayed out at the end of the first? Others mixed it up too. My main complaint is the laps counting around the stages. You lose 4? laps each stage that aren’t raced. Throw the green checkered-and stop counting the laps until the start back up again.

Do they say anything about how much energy this fuel will produce? There are all kinds if fuels out there now-87 octane to very powerful bad smelling race gas. Will it run in a Porsche with 11.1 compression ratio? Can we make something the will burn if you try hard enough? (I know some old tractors that willl run on

This from the “Get you ass out there and earn some money!” series.

Knee smacker.

I thought the same thing. You put a wheel off the tar, it’s gonna sink with those skinny -ass wheels.

Yea-I like the silver wheels

You know what Indy cars don’t do? Bumps. So how you adjust for that? raise it up? Soften the suspension? Strong areo means stiff springs. Which bounces you all over. Now all you under areo doesn’t work when the car rebounds. I think the indycar is going to give up any advantage with how much areo its going to have to

Yup. I’m just interested in does the ‘22 motor match up to the prior (Gen II back as far as ‘08) Pics of the engine says yes. The reason they are so popular with the racers and people that put them in cars is the fact they are all the same-gen I + Gen II-and 3/4 of the parts interchange between them. The more racy the
