I suppose I’m lucky. I’ve been wrenching for more than 40 years. And my hands are in decent shape. I still can’t work with gloves. And this whole “you know that shit can kill you” attitude is pretty recent. I worked many years in auto machine shops. The stuff they clean with nowadays is nowhere as good (or toxic)as

So where does one buy a used Tesla motor-and Volt batteries? Pretty new stuff-how much does you think all that costs?

I can’t find the pic (but they do exist) of a big bike drag race at Atco ,NJ. (88?89?) Malcolm Forbes and his “Capitalist Tools” bike gang? of richies on Harleys (this was back when Harley riders weren’t your next door neighbor-they were bad ass bikers) decided to ride down from NY. And when you are super rich, you

Ok-I’ve done 100's of dyno pulls-both as a customer + operator, I have never seen a loopitie loop at the end of the pull like that graph shows. You don’t gain 1o hp in 100 rpm. A line never just goes straight up. So I wouldn’t trust that finally number. That being said, the trend of the graph shows that power was

Like a titanium ballast bracket.

I’m gonna guess the brake rotor broke-popping the tire. Look at all the brake dust.

Grrrr. I have Dish-and they are fighting with my local Fox station. They better settle before the NHRA US nationals in Indy. I sense an antenna in my future.

And Chris Evans will still paint it white.

I looked too close. Now I’m going to walking into things all nite.

So its just the same Accord that’s been stolen 52,224 times?

“ran when ignited.”

Wow! Look at these things! 5 bucks says Red Bull has a series of these racing on tv byfall sweeps. Picture the course-underwater-hi jump-slalom course. Make it shark infested water just to be more “awesome”.

Its a rolling tear off. Basically a roll of clean plastic that goes over the lens-that can be advanced to a clean section.

So you had to go all the way back to 2007-2008 to find anything?

Nope. Can’t pay a fuel tax on something the gov. doesn’t consider a fuel. Some states have a provision to pay-but most don’t want to know. http://www.ncsl.org/research/trans… I’ve been on wvo for 10 years. Done plenty of reading. Theres folks that have tried + tried to pay the feds. Ran into a bunch of red tape trying

<—- Former 350f (with some 4oof parts) owner. Gawd what a nice bike.

I worked for TVR of America from 85-89. Every 280i that came in the country went thru my hands. I saw graffiti on the bottom of a few cars. (nothing nasty- more like “Hey Fat Bob-don’t forget this bolt! or a cartoon. ) If something was put on under the carpet somewheres it wouldn’t suprise me at all.

And then theres that little matter of where to fit a couple of 5000 gallon tanks....

Its not like its worth that today and won’t be worth shit tomorrow. The offer still will stand (and keep getting better) the longer he waits. My attitude about work would be good too if I knew the day I called it quits, I’d be rich.

A buddy of mine-who was a good mechanic- was going to school as an engineer. He came into the shop one day after class looking flustered. “whats wrong?’ “THEY ARE SUCKING THE COMMON SENSE OUT OF MY BRAIN!”
