Ronnie Wood has been using a guitar made by my pal Chris lately, and while that has nothing to do with anything, every time I see/hear about Ron Wood, I think it’s awesome that he’s using an instrument built by a dude I know.

It just made my day to see a mention of Ribot on Jalopnik.

Have seen them 41 times starting with the Hyde Park memorial for Brian Jones in 1969. To this day hearing the cowbell intro at the beginning of ‘Honky Tonk Women’ is a better rush than any other piece of music I’ve ever heard. Mick Taylor era Stones is the height of rock n roll as a genre and I will fight anyone who says differently. The Ronnie Wood era is pretty solid too—I think Some Girls is criminally underrated—but the albums with Mick Taylor....holy shit.

As someone who worked for Carmax, I would not bother with any of their cars unless it is a really really good deal. The vast majority of their inventory is bought at auction and brought to production stores for reconditioning and inspection. This means that the majority of the cars only get driven for about 3 mins
