Exactly. Local and state governments and businesses should be partnering with utilities to make this happen. I don’t get why we would cover parts of the desert with panels before every single parking lot and Costco/Walmart/Target/Mall roof is plastered with panels. Then the electricity is being generated at the point

Because of where I live in Southern CA, and where I have to fly the most for both work and personal, I’ve always stuck with Southwest for points and use their Chase card for everything other than gas, Costco and dining for which I use the Costco Citi card for cash back.
SW points never expire and I have never had to

They used it at the time.

Seriously. If someone randomly starts beating on my car at a light or on the freeway, MF’r is gonna get flattened.

It’s quite staggering how much you missed the point.

Holy shit, what?

Or just take care of your seats. I just traded in my 11 year old X3 and my seats still looked like brand new because I treated them on a regular basis. AND my car was almost never garaged. Though I did always put up a windshield sun screen

Pre-covid, I flew a lot as well. Probably not as much as you, but when combining work and personal travel it was once a month or more, which is far more than your average schlub and it starting to tick up for me again in the last year. I do agree that there are a lot of entitled pricks, seemingly more every year. But

I don’t get any at all using an ad-blocker.  I suggest you do the same..

Right on. They are such great cars. I just realized I didn’t finish my last sentence before hitting publish, LOL. Should say that it’s Arctic grey metallic, which really shows some different colors in different lights. I wanted to find a Phytonic Blue one, but it’s tough.

Man, that was a good deal.

A 2014 or 2015 335i

Yes, to all of this.  Truly terrible.

I mean WTF. Being out in the desert in the middle of fucking summer is no goddamned joke. I live in Southern CA and have spent time in the desert (as in the middle of nowhere NOT in summer) and you have to be careful.
I’ve spent time in PHX in the summer often for work - which is in the desert, but not the middle of

It take like 5 days to get to Hawaii via cruise ship.  As opposed to 5 hours.

I dunno WTF is going on with Hawaiian in the last year, but it’s gotten pretty bad, clearly.

This may come as a surprise to you, but it’s kind of difficult to get to the Hawaiian islands without flying.

They knew what they had - no tire kickers!

Right, I mean this is really a major failure. I couldn’t believe when I started reading more about the sub and the story that something so simple did not exist.
