I agree. Back in the early 90's I road tripped from San Jose, CA to Vancouver BC and back by myself. I did that in my Fiero, even. And shockingly, it never broke down.
In a lot of markets, they’ve owned the distribution channels for quite some time, unfortunately.
The problem for some of us is supporting companies like InBev. They actively work to keep small brewers from being able to sell their beer. Most states have a mandatory 3 tier system for distribution and they control those distribution outfits. If you have time, read this blog post from one of my local brewers -
