It probably does have ABS. The original Indian version definitely does, since it’s been mandatory there for a few years now. Then again, some Royal Enfields lose ABS when imported to the US, so maybe Honda will also remove ABS from this.

There is absolutely no plan to tax the 401k of middle class Americans, full stop. The threshold for the tax is tens of millions of dollars, but thanks for the scare tactics.

there’s has been plenty of european rally cars brought over to compete over the years. It can be all done under the temporary import permit and the cars can drive on the roads. 

I just saw a WRC Fiesta, R5/Rally 2 Fiestas, an R5/Rally 2 Hyundai, and a Skoda in SOFR, it’s not a problem.

Lots of different modes, yeah. ABS is fully defeatable, but it can be managed through several modes.
