Remember always pull the big fuse, not the little fuse. That will disable the pump but leave the ECU on, which will at least give you the electronic proportioning and the communications (many cars run the speedo from the ABS computer)

I’ve got RJS belts and they are federally certified. The FMVSS belt requirements are only like 1) each belt can hold ~3000lbs and 2) should be a one handed release. It’s a very low bar
