That’s a completely flawed argument. Do the things they produce make a lot of profit for GM? Yes? Then then can demand higher wages. That’s the beginning and the end of it

God forbid people have universal coverage and GM stops being able to use that as leverage to keep wages low, lmao
Buy that v5 and rally the crap out of it. That engine would sound perfect in the forest
ARA’s STPR Rally was this weekend in Pennsylvania. They have some livestreams up on youtube
Oh and there’s no prize money either
There are some shorter events that cost less, but that’s about the cost of a full two day rally (~120 competition miles). There’s Summer Sno*Drift in Michigan that’s ~350 for 40 stage miles and a few events like that at Team O’Neil
That’s just the regional entry fee, national entry fee is 3-400 more
Yeah but you only get up to like 50. It’s great to start out but it’s not quite stage rally
$950 gets you two full days of racing through forests
Rally also has the added cost of having to pay to fix the roads afterwards since they get very heavily rutted
Sponsors? In rally? ahahahahahahaha
Not quite. I’ve only got a few actual sponsors and all they give me are parts discounts. Way harder to find someone to hand out cash (I’ve been working on it).
Not really, my job just pays decent :)
Also, split the rental houses with other teams
ARA’s official media packet lists ~6000 spectators average per event. Plus some more on social media. That’s pretty much shit. Even Continental or TCR teams can at least list some actual TV broadcasts and/or show the entire race on youtube
Love it, can’t wait to see it in gravel spec
No spectators nearby :( just had to wait until another racer yanked me out
