Ohhhhh....I was.  For nearly half a decade.  It was not fun.  I constantly felt like I was on the wrong foot or living at half volume.  It was rough.  I am lucky enough to be returning to my home region soon. 

Same in LA. I talked for a while with an older Japanese-American woman as the march went past Little Tokyo, which is right next to the ICE center - she mentioned how ironic that it was there - it was the same detention center that had locked up their families in the ‘40s.

There’s also one in Mexico City, outside the US Embassy.

I know it's shallow as hell, but in addition to her successfully taking out an incredibly powerful leader in the DNC through skillful organizing, her look is effing amazing. I wish there were male politicians who styled that well.
