I try to explain this to my friends and no one takes it seriously until theyre burned out and get sick or hurt as a result or end up getting laid off without the company batting an eye at the matter.

I worked in the tech world long enough to understand this, but this got this bad because people didn’t know how to say no. Major occurrences are not common unless your company is run like shit (which I know many are).

I’ve honestly taken my chances and have my company respect my decisions early on after hiring by my

And this is why you do not pick up work calls on days off unless you agree to get paid for that time. I fail to realize why people have such a hard time saying no, unless you work in a small group of fields where it becomes a necessity

It really doesn’t, as it doesn’t affect the bottom line. Only affecting the bottom line sends a message unfortunately.

Considering how poorly the last few Battlefields launch and the general launch of most games in modern days, they have no one to blame but themselves for not requesting a refund earlier or simply not waiting for the game to be polished up a year or so later

Kirbys a freak

Wonder how gangsta paras was in the mangas

Just bring back the fast paced movements of arena shooters and call it a day

What is disappointing about that video is that you still don’t see the animations for the missed attacks

You may be right, but I still haven’t seen rampant cheating and desync/high ping player issue fixed or getting better. Personally those are the two biggest things for me

Which is incredibly disappointing considering they built everything from the ground up in an engine they developed themselves. Just screams piss poor project management.

Can someone explain to me why forming a union requires a majority vote at a company to pass? Isn’t the point of a union to better work situations by well grouping together and ultimately fighting for and negotiating better terms?

No vehicles on ranked is why the map feels dragged out in all game modes. Grab the sniper with no quick way to push on the enemy team and thats game

Vehicle heavy maps without vehicles is definitely what ruins maps in ranked. Clearly someone didn’t test that or think about that when it comes to competitive play

The only FPS that had genuinely good symmetrical 3 lane maps was splitgate. None of the maps were bad and plays could be made from all angles. But I agree, a lot of the maps are boring and lazy. None of them are exciting like older halo maps

I like how they announce season 2 but no roadmap to solve the multitude of issues the games had since launch

It’s the literal definition of throw shit at the wall and see what sticks.

Theyre all terrible for the price. Not only that, to my understanding, they all are built by the same if not similar chinese factories using similar designs. Save yourself the trouble and get a proper ergonomic chair.

My first instinct in all shooters is to hold down the trigger and see if it keeps firing. The only weapon I didn’t know was automatic was the bulldog as I rarely grab it in matches (never  remember where it is)

Both pistols are the best weapons in the game. A disruptor into a group plus a shock rifle will make quick work of a group by chaining electric damage.
