The no socks and tightly rolled jeans really put the finish on the gay hipster unemployed Starbucks barista look.

It’s not enticing unless, like everyone else, you have no idea how autopilot works. Or you’re a total piece of shit.

What kind of dumbass driver stands on the brakes after the bus is clearly overpowering them? At that point, the only logical move is to accelerate and pull away, but as always, idiot drivers only know how to brake at inappropriate times.

It took over twenty years for this vulnerability to be discovered.

I said this a day or two ago but Elon Musk and Tesla has managed to recreate the Steve Jobs/Apple reality distortion field affect in car terms.

If I were BMW, I’d be hesitant to do any sort of trickle-down of the i8's platform into their other products - because you lot and other media outlets would loose their collective shit at the thought of an M-car hybrid.

Even if it does beat the i8 in performance, these are two totally different cars. And I love the Model S, a lot (despite that I’ve never really cared for electric cars, but what can I say? It looks great, it’s fast, it’s got decent range, it’s just a damn good car).

Never in the history of automobiles has turbo lag been as bad as people make it out to be. Primarily because turbo lag means that you have a turbo.

If only my stupid fucking “organs” were worth anything near a 288 GTO! (They don’t even play music!)

You never disappoint.

So you’re seriously telling me that you think Tesla is selling $20k worth of options on a $35k car?

M3 starts at $64k, Model 3 at $35k. Honest question: are you fucking retarded?

Will there be a day when so many people have an HOV access that doesn’t benefit you?

I would say the most obvious advantage of the BMW would be build quality. Not that it’ll necessarily have fewer problems, but BMW have way more experience developing cars than Tesla do, and surely know more about assembling an interior. I do like the design of Tesla’s interiors, but I also like physical knobs and

Unfortunately, I’m in the same boat, and the second car doesn’t even run currently!

Good point, but your comparison was bolt to model 3.

Sure, if I had unlimited money, I’d buy one, but I don’t.

I’m so confused by how it looks like FWD with an open diff while it’s heating up the tires, and then launches like an AWD car. What is this magic?

I was about to say CP, just based on the ridiculous prices these things go for. I mean, they’re great cars and all, but the prices are just insane.
