I did hybrid first responder training to fire personnel for Ford when the Escape Hybrid was introduced. Showed them the master power cutoff in the rear cargo area, taught not use the “jaws of life” to cut ANY orange sheathed wires, etc. And to always assume the battery is powered and live.
