I’ve always thought an early Volvo P1800 would make the perfect electric car. Something about the design says electric, and the prettier chrome bumper Jensen-built cars were horribly unreliable anyways.

In 20 years cars will be even safer. Does that mean you won’t be caught dead in an ‘18 Honda in 2038? Still much safer than riding a bike or motorcycle. Plus, there are a thousand other things that can kill you in any given day, so take a chance and enjoy life.

IMO those guys always have the perfect approach when mixing new/old tech, the drive selector switch and the battery gauge is pure design porn

I imagine Porsche might mysteriously “find” a few more of its own in the coming years. Inquisitive eyes may notice new tooling for these, cleverly hidden behind an enormous green curtain
