Actually dipshit, you don’t know that since you’ve never seen his tax return. Oh wait! Let’s just assume he’s telling the truth, since he has a history of not lying! Oh wait! There’s this!

Actually, it’s pretty clear that Trump engaged in tax evasion.

Are you serious? Instagram is free.... these guys were avoiding millions in skipped taxes. Do the math....

They should probably partner with a few other states, since it’s not like this fraud is limited to Georgia.

If you can afford those super cars you can afford the taxes.

Well, if the owners are shorting GA to the tune of $10k a pop, one a month per investigator would make it revenue neutral. But that’s a shitty metric for whether or not fraud should be investigated and be punished.

He would have got a ticket in Texas.

The right on red is happening in places around Kaiserslautern / near Ramstein. But, it is signed.

Is there something about California rules that make the cars illegal in other states? If not, then why does GM lament at having two different standards? Just make all vehicles adhere to the stricter standard as if the California rules applied everywhere.

True. But the only time Lower Saxony gets vocal about VW is when someone tries to take over the company.  Ford tried it back around 1990, but that was thwarted from the get-go.  Then came the crazy old rich busybody Kirk Kerkorian around 1999.  He even went so far as to attempt to sue the government to get them out of

The number of people that regularly drive more than 200 miles in a day is extremely slim. I live about 15 miles from a city of 100k and an EV would easily handle my daily commute and just about every trip we take throughout the year. There’s one Tesla supercharger station in my city and a handful of J1772 stations.

Just because the Federal Government says you don’t have to, doesn’t mean you can’t.

That’s for the suggestion! I’m aware of the issues w/ CARB over the years. How is that relevant?

My ideal garage (not counting toys) has a plugin hybrid F150 and a full electric car or SUV in it. Would use almost no gas day to day. Still have the truck for towing, 4x4 and outdoors stuff. Truck would tow like a beast since electric torque and regen braking is awesome. I’d still want my 36 gallon tank for long

“You do understand Oil has tanked,”

Donald Trump’s policies are going to be eating into American companies margins, if they haven’t already. He’s not a good businessman by any stretch of the imagination. California is planning for the future instead of trying to recreate the inefficient past.
Once we hit recession 2: republican boogaloo it will be

I’m going to need to see a therapist to deal with the duality of GM trying to encourage electric car development while also not trying to sell their electric car.
