From the LA Auto Show just a few weeks ago:
They hired from Toyota/Lexus.
I hear you, but aside from the Miata, most modern cars have terrible rearward visibility due to higher beltlines and increased focus on aero.
Willys remembers:
You’re spot on, especially with point 3.
Pro-4x, of course.
This.
Ah not so fast. Let’s raise the belt line even higher. We haven’t reached peak Camaro yet in terms of terrible outward visibility.
Love this.
Speaking of hybrids, did anyone see the details of the UAW-FCA agreement from yesterday?
It’s too bad the Prius is what many folks associate with hybrid - plug-in or otherwise. The Prius is designed for fuel economy, but is otherwise not much fun to drive. The Volt - on the other hand - has way more “punch it Chewie/danger to manifold.” It’s also a (plug-in) hybrid.
Especially in winter...
The fourth owner.
Plug-in hybrid Jeep Wrangler? Coming in 2021 per the UAW agreement from today.
Hahahahhahahahhahahaha.
Some of the gen 2 hydrogen transit buses are going this way. They shrink the fuel cell and increase the battery size for cost and performance reasons.
(Hydrogen fuel cell vehicles still have big batteries, just smaller than EVs).
Yup, and the European CO2 regs kick in Jan 1, so many of the EVs will be headed there.
Our first new car our parents bought was a 1980 Dodge Reliant K station wagon. With a stick and the front bench. Most fun was when the grandparents visited and we kids got to pile in the way back to go out to breakfast (No seatbelts on the way to pancakes??? Count me in).
But we don’t like math.
