This rally is very well known in Europe... Its funny how some sports don't cross the ocean.
The new frame seem to have been galvanized. This is great for longevity but when my brother had his galvanized while building a convertible range rover classic, it caused many grounding issues... Hope they work around it.
Europe made them kill the defender... They were keeping it alive by using an old rule that allowed them to change less tant 5% of the car (I think) and don't have to go through homologation again.
I would love to be able to buy one, its seems like great fun and even though its probably not road legal, one could easily take it to some green spaces to have fun on a sunday afternoon.
Simply put :
I'm guessing Artic Trucks have familiarity with the toyota truck...
I believe that like in many cases, the inneptitude of the driver has nothing to do with what he was doing at the time.
This is France, a country that despises rich people and signs of richess. This is not happening because the public would freak out and go for blood.
I'm directly concerned and the really interesting point in this, other than the mayor havin no issue with penalising half of the working people, is that the trafic was only down 25 percent over a regular day.

Now you should do the same thing with the gulf liveries...
I don't get why manufacturers keep teasing cars that would make the slow boring drinving we must all adhere to these days much more bearable but only make dreary cars that have no fun factor. If I can't go fast, at least I'd like to enjoy the weather.
Interestingly the pre-orders of the 2014 aren't shown shown and that would be the interesting part since it can be ordered and when the girlfriend went to order hers last last week, there was already a 3 and a half month wait between first deliveries (march 12) and the first one avaliable (june 27).
You've got to love the licence plate on the h2.... "8 USA"... I love top gear.
I believe having two plants is a good plan, mini has often been overwhelmed by demand and when I lived in France (where dealers don't have huge stocks of cars but maybe on or two for the biggest dealers), I went to order a Cooper S convertible and was quoted 13 Months delivery (on may 2005) and had to call around to…
