A lot of Euro cars came in this way, in the 80’s they had to be Federalized, with headlights, gauges, etc. I had an 85 BMW 635csi that was absolutely a Euro car imported by someone in the military, yet it had US headlights and MPH gauges that were installed when the car was imported.
