A lot of Euro cars came in this way, in the 80’s they had to be Federalized, with headlights, gauges, etc. I had an 85 BMW 635csi that was absolutely a Euro car imported by someone in the military, yet it had US headlights and MPH gauges that were installed when the car was imported.

IMO, using satin black for trim pieces looks MUCH better than gloss black. The low sheen helps hide imperfections.
