From reading the interviews he did, it seems Hopkins LOVES Westworld and the character of Ford. It wouldn’t be surprised if he’s giving them a hell of a deal on his time. He’s only obligated to take a SAG day rate at a minimum (though I’d expect he still gets more than that).

Teddy gives tech guy a gun with a single bullet (for suicide) before the train blows up. Tech guy doesn’t use the gun to shoot out a window so he can jump out? And how strong could the lock on the train doors be, anyway? Should be easy to kick it open. That scene was stupid.
