The lead-in photo car with those wheels would be absolute perfection if Mazda would go back to hidden headlights.

Yes, please.
I wanted to like it, but the interior is 50% putrid color/50% putrid condition. A manual would get on my nerves too, but it still would have been an easy NP had the interior not been quite so played out.
Fuck subscriptions. Hard no. But the sheeple are voluntarily paying MSRP+++ and accepting thousands of dollars worth of worthless dealer add-ons, so most will probably stupidly be on board with this.
AGAIN??? Didn’t they learn anything the last time this happened?
Not really a fib, you might go years and years without needing it, but when you do you’d probably end up losing everything you own to pay for it without the coverage, and you wouldn’t have any kind of short or long term disability income on top of that.
They say 70 pounds, but I’ve seen a single driver carry far heavier stuff to my door on multiple occasions.
Does Farley sucking up to Musk on Twitter/X make anyone else’s skin crawl, or is just me?
I don’t think it’s reasonable to point to a horrible turd like Mirage not selling to prove that people don’t want small cars.
This is the kind of thing that gives me pause on EVs and plug-in hybrids. Even now with all the manufacturers suddenly converting to Tesla’s systems. Are they going to change their minds again two years from now? Are today’s batteries going to seem like dinosaurs the year after and my $45K car becomes a worthless turd…
My built in 1954 950-square foot ranch with 2.5 car detached garage and a very small yard was just valued at $300K. In that context, $400 for a new build of about the same size with a bigger yard tracks. Real estate values are b’nuts.
Right, as long as you’ve got plenty of room to wash your car, what else do you need?
Nearly all of my neighbors do that. Really nice 2.5 car detached garages in the back of the lot filled with junk while they park about $70-85K worth of brand new/late model vehicles out on the street subject to vandalism, weather, and being sideswiped by bozos going 50 mph on a narrow 25 mph residential street.
I think this is an absolutely beautiful and extremely tasteful home, far better looking than the gaudy, asymmetrical shit-show sprawling McMansions most people choose. And a house like this won’t keep you up at night wondering how in God’s name you’re going to make the next payment every month.
Also true in Uh-hi-yo.
Or a Mustang headlight assembly at $1,200.00.
I am sure this would be lovely for the twenty-to-thirty odd days a year it’s not in the shop.
People, using the term loosely, are pigs. It’s unreasonable to think anyone would leave these in any less shitty condition than they’d leave an airplane or movie theater seat. And I guarantee besides sex, people will urinate and defecate in them as well.
1st gear - The Twitter/X business model worked so well, it’s being expanded to Tesla, soon to be renamed Xlsa with all the vehicles being rebranded as Model X1, Model X2, etc.
It’s a tad preposterous, but to my eye these look better proportioned than the light duty standard version for the generations with aerodynamic styling.
