Wouldn’t something nearly a city block long require law enforcement escorts and special provisions just to avoid situations exactly like this? Just hopin’ for the best and winging it ain’t gonna cut it.

If my monthly car payment was $718 I’d have to change my underwear brand from Hanes to Depends.
Hmmmmmm, $100K for something that looks like it belongs to county road department. I don’t think Ford is going to be terribly worried.
If companies weren’t wasting half their resources on something no one asked for, self-driving cars, ramping up for more efficient vehicles wouldn’t be such a heavy lift.
The custom touches make this a hell ND.
It’s a little bit dull, but I’ll take dull over crazy. Hopefully Hyundai added a bit of height, someone 6 foot tall doesn’t fit in the outgoing generation unless you like feeling the headliner tickling your hair.
Acura thought relaunching Integra as a sedan was a good idea, so boring seems to be the plan.
All the KIA/Hyundai dealers here are stuck in massive megamalls with all the other lackluster brands like Nissan and Mitsubishi lumped together, so predatory that they are basically just a slight step up from buy here/pay here, except with new cars.
I don’t think its reasonable to expect things to go well when the dealer is such an egomaniac that they appear in the ads, and doubly so when they appear in the ads alongside a cartoon version of themselves as the dealership’s mascot.
How sad to waste the Airflow name on a design so generic it could be a Chevy. If it’s come to this, I’d rather just see Chrysler quietly die in its sleep.
1st gear - Guess I’m switching to Coke as I sure as hell am not going to support any company that supports far right-wing hatred.
Ford partnering with VW is total cringe. I hope those badge-engineered shitboxes stay in Europe, or only come to the US wearing VW badges. Yuck.
I’ve thought it was time for Clarkson to hang it up since always. This just underscores it.
Why are selling and purchasing used catalytic converters still legal?
Skeptical on hydrogen, but agree about hybrids. It’s a tired old expression but putting all your eggs in one basket is never a good idea, especially since that one basket still has some pretty big holes in it.
Unless you don’t ever plan on getting it wet, don’t make your Escape in this. This has to be in the running for one of most rustrageous cars Ford ever built.
The best car to learn to drive a manual on something with a 5.0 V-8 from the mid to late 1980s/early 1990s (Camaro or Mustang).
Teslas are well on the way to becoming as popular as My Pillow. Except even less so, because Tesla’s new target demographic thinks climate change is a hoax and that EVs are stupid.
I call BS on Ford needing the capacity to build EVs. Ford wanted the capacity to build higher profit vehicles. I don’t see any of the US-based brands fooling with anything under $50K within the next 3-5 years.
In a very GM-like move they made it great in the last generation (that we didn’t get) just to kill it off.
