I’ve taken the J.D. Power survey and it basically steers you to what they want you to say. For instance, when I got the survey for my 2019 Mustang, what I really wanted to discuss was what a piece of crap SYNC is, but questions kept circling back to the damn tires and my experience about replacement/repair under

Just reading the words “Big Daddy Don” made me feel icky in my tummy.

For one, massive government subsidies and tax breaks.

That’s so Tesla, trying to claim the car wasn’t malfunctioning when the driver hit the park button FOUR TIMES.

I’m thinking the ‘66 Olds Tornado converted to RWD, after stewing about it for several years, finally decided to go all Christine.

IH Scout brought back by VW, besides making me nauseous to think about, is all the proof we need to know VW doesn’t have a clue what its US customers want from it.

This will basically translate into 2 or 3 more pages of fine print added to that big stack of papers you sign when you buy the car that no one ever reads. Sign here, initial here, this just says... blah, blah, blah.

The fine print clearly states free speech is only for Teslastans.

I think the rich idiot action here wasn’t damaging the vehicle, it was buying it in the first place.

New Corvettes are not only hideous, but also obvious (poorly executed) knock-offs of European supercars. What kind of fool would spend supercar money on the knock-off when the same money would get them the real thing?

As this is a BMW practicality matters not, but giving the potential buyer/owner something that makes them feel superior that they can brag about is all that matters to push these monstrosities out the door.

As Musk has come out as Republican (which is stupid as the GOP is firmly in the back pocket, if not the underpants, of Big Oil), we can’t trust Tesla to do anything that benefits anyone other than Tesla. Their long record of denying safety issues and misleading marketing pretty much tells us how this would go.

I don’t think it quite rises to “Damn, look at this thing” levels of excitement, but it is cleaner. What would be exciting is if the fastback styling was actually functional with an opening hatch rather than just ornamental.

Oh gee, this one is soooooooooo hard.

The fourth generation was so bad it killed off Camaro temporarily and Firebird permanently, so I think that’s sufficient information to make a smart decision on this one.

3rd gear - $50,000.00 is going to the entry level price-point for all the US brands within the next three to four years.

They are so far behind on paperwork that at least two states banned any additional sales until they get their act together.

Red states don’t want you to buy an EV.

Depending on how the election goes, they may waive registration fees on ICE vehicles altogether and charge EV owners a $7,500 annual registration fee to ensure no one buys them.

Fake EV exhaust sounds no matter how they are created are as embarrassing AF.
