They/them new Toyota Crown is coming to a dealer near you soon.

The fact that Cadillac is trading an NDA for a fat discount to me says they know the rollout on this vehicle is going to be a shit show. But, this being Cadillac, we already knew this, didn’t we? Love the brand ambassador spin GM is trying to put on it now.

Then again, Aztec II happened on his watch.

They need to ban property flippers while they are at it. I block at least 10-12 new numbers every damn day.

Slideshows are what you expect when you accidentally scroll too far down the page and fall off the cliff past the More Stories link into Internet Hell.

This being Jalopnik, was expecting to read more specifics on what kind of police vehicle it was. Would love to hear the manufacturer’s take on this, 99.9% probability they are going to call bullshit.

988 rolled out July 16 nationwide.

Unless your garage was built in the 1940s or 1950s, you should be good. Mine was built in the 1980s and even a fuselage Chrysler would fit, but just (if you’re thinking Lincoln, Imperial or Cadillac measure like your life depends on it).

Easy NP. Try searching vintage convertibles for something decent for $10K and you won’t find much. Now try searching for a decent 1970 Ford of any body style (except for those lovely unfortunate survivor sedans some limpcock turned into a faux cop car).  The only thing really wrong here is the douchey white letter

Right, the obvious why that would allow me to learn something from this article is missing.

From fast lane to exit is a thing in Ohio as well, especially for those who believe God put them on this formerly green Earth to make sure no one goes faster than the posted speed limit, or preferably, 5 miles under it.

The obvious question here is what does the company with supposedly the most American content of them all need with a dedicated express lane into the US for Mexican suppliers?

You’re conveniently ignoring the fact the cops arrived soley to prevent the man from doing self-harm and he instead ends up dead.

OMG as of 12:24 a.m. ET a blistering 97.7 ND. That’s about as unanimous as Jalopnik gets, isn’t it?

The kid was definitely on a path to self-destruction, but...

Too grown up (all models, not just Type R).

I think you are looking at this through the lens of practicality when this is so weird it’s in a specialty niche. Besides, LOL, what percent of today’s buyers clamoring for ever bigger and bigger trucks, crossovers, and SUVs gives two figs about fuel economy?

This is totally a unicorn, or more likely a triple unicorn with the third seat. Once in a great while you saw a second generation Camry wagon, this generation, absolutely never.

I like the fact that it doesn’t look angry. But serious question, how many cars in this price range can the market support?

This might have been marginally less stupid with the practicality of a hatch, but anything with trunk is just a tubby sedan.
