No cars is going to be a reach when you can’t even get people to select something more sensibly sized than a full-size 4-door extended bed 4x4 pickup as their daily commuter car.

Yikes. When did Pathfinder transition from trucky to fourth gen Chrysler minivan shape?

Blows my mind people voluntarily do this for fun. If I wake up someday and find myself on a cruise I’ll know I died and went to the hot place.

I just said that too, you saw it hours ago. Obviously the writers aren’t reading the comments anymore.

This = star

Wait, was this supposed to be something other than 2022? Maybe 2002? If this sentence was correct as written, Nissan would selling the hell out of Titan and not pulling the plug.

Can anyone explain why VW thinks slapping ID onto all it’s EVs is meaningful in any way?

This is true. Look at Buick’s brand site in China, tons of crossovers, but a range of sedans as robust as what Buick had here in the 90s.

Getting your card info skimmed at the pump isn’t limited to debit card users, it happened to me using a credit card.

4th gear: When an automaker starts talking about “the brand” dial your expectations down to very, very low. I honestly thought Infiniti had already had joined Amati up in that failed psuedo-luxury class up in the ski.

I always new leasing was great, for idiots, but if Ford changed the terms after customers leased vehicles that’s complete bullshit.

Ugly. Depressing. Dystopian. The 90s wore two-tones much better. Remember trucks that weren’t trying to look like two-story hellscape freight trains?

Good luck with that Jeep. Granted, people are stupid for shopping this vehicle to begin with, but even those sheeple are hip to badge engineering when it’s that blatant. Try harder.

So, you’ve narrowed it down to resident of the US...

Unless some Halloween Museum located in a very mild climate needs a parking lot shuttle, I see no reason for this to exist.

Great, now I’m going to have nightmares about supercars from Toyota inflicted with all their hideous crossover/SUV styling cues.

MotorTrend TV, let alone MotorTrend+ = HAHAHAHAHAHA

What!?! The Great Pumpkin having a hissy fit? SO out of character, I just can’t imagine any of this being true.

Now playing

Except the GT had a legacy to build on. Celestiq (ask your doctor) is a new model, Cadillac has been out of the ultra luxury class for eight decades, and they are totally unproven in EVs.

They look like 1960s/1970s wheelcovers which is why I think they are stunning. And unlike most wheels today, so easy to keep looking perfect. But for $13,000 I could also have a beautiful example of the 1960s/1970s sedan to go with, so, nah.
