Sorry it’s awful and gimmicky, as is every car with two different sets of lights. Except worse because of the oversize grille that’s trying to unite the two sets of lights. And from the back three-quarters it’s so generic you could label the photo “2008 Mercury Milan” and nobody would give it a second thought.

That’s a dumb assumption. Only old farts have AAA, and even if he had it, he knew damn well it would take them at minimum an hour at best to get there. This is probably the main reason Subaru got a flavor of this one and you’d have to be knucklehead not to take advantage of it.
