Good point. However, the latest research does not indicate that it is unhealthy, rather is shows that there may be, but they do not know if there are any, bad side effects. But they do know for sure there are great health benefits. So, the conclusion that I have read from the skeptical doctors give is enjoy it in

A very healthy, but less known, tea is Yerba Mate. It tastes like smooth green tea and has many potential health benefits. One is that it is good for concentration but is not supposed to give you a caffeine buzz, even though it has caffeine. I first heard about this tea from Tim Ferris. I am a big tea drinker (and

I track my calories and macros (protein, carbs, fat) for body building purposes. I am tracking my calories to make sure I get enough, not to make sure I don't eat too much. I am a hard gainer (ectomorph) so I have to eat about 3500 calories or so as I am in the bulking phase.

This would result in a lot less marriages going through, which would probably be a good thing. But, there are cases where mates can still have a good, but rough, marriage despite mental/emotional issues. I think it is the lack of understanding, acceptance and help that is causing marriages to break up where there is

This is a great extension. I am in visual studio all day with a dark theme, because the light theme is hard on my eyes, and I also make my desktop background dark. This will help a lot because having to read content on a webpage is a shock after looking at a dark window. I was using evernote cleary for some sites.

Yes, that is the book. You will really enjoy it because the author is an introvert and used to be a lawyer before she got into writing and speaking. This is the only good resource I know of on this subject. I think it is a book that should be read in business school too, it has so much good stuff in it.

or this: Set yourself small challenges to overcome your fake confidence that almost everyone has.

I know how you feel, but I think about it a little differently, from personal experience. I think the personality traits that lead to having to fake not being shy are what causes the lack of real friends. I don't think that having to put on a fake personality is the problem. I think that is, in some way, a good

I wish I had these things to choose amongst what to give up (country club, full cable, new car, eating out a lot)

Its not the company dictating this, it is the IRS. In 2011, the new Healthcare reform law change went into effect that vitimans, etc were not qualified purchases for HSA money, unless you have a doctors prescription, as you said.

Cutting expenses drastically would be easy for me if I was single. It is hard, however, since I have a wife and 2 small kids. I could live with little but I don't want my kids to not have a nice house, go to a nice school, eat good food, play sports, go camping, etc. We live simply, but the cost of everything is going

A big reason for our financial difficulties are due to the fact that we eat very healthy and organic, my wife is on a specific restrictive diet, and we take expensive raw whole food vitamins and supplements. Our grocery bills are very high, for me, my wife and two small kids. It sucks that choosing to be healthy (and

I drive. But I can only handle it leaving at a precise time, 6:50 am. Any later, traffic is too bad, any earlier I don't get enough sleep. I have to find a balance between my schedule and traffic.

If they even know how to make a French Press anymore...or even what one is. Starbucks has turned into a fast-food restaurant. It's mostly just fancy buttons that automatically make poor quality drinks anymore. But, their drip coffee and tea is still great, if you can get a cup of coffee that is actually as hot as it

I'm not going to upgrade my 4S becasue I want to sell it when I upgrade in a month or so. It might give it more worth being on iOS6, giving the buyer the option to stay on iOS6 or upgrade to iOS7. Also, not sure if I trust that iOS7 will run fast enough on 4s yet, with its fancy animations.

Thanks for all the info on the carriers, helps with my decision. I have a coworker who has Sprint and doesn't get 4G at work, but does once he hops onto the freeway. It seems like I trust Verizon's service the most around sac. Having the good 4G on Verizon will be nice, but it is only so nice when you don't have

I believe we have full bars even inside our house. When we are missing the calls, the coverage is good. This seems to be a common issue in the Verizon forums. I just talked with tech support and did a few things they said (reset network settings and reprogrammed tower settings), I'll see if it fixed the issue.

I'm from Sacramento area too. I have had both AT&T and Verizon and both have good coverage.

I am wanting to update mine with a combination on these spreadsheets too, hope to work on that over the weekend. Let me know if you come up with something you like.

Thank you for sharing yours too. I really like the layout. It is a bit too specific to me, but I see how that can be really helpful to pinpoint where money is going. But, I like having both the itemisation and summary.
