I highly recommend the book "8 Steps to a Pain-Free Back" by Esther Gokhale. You can see a lot of it's information at gokhalemethod.com. It has helped my back a lot! I am fit and healthy, but have back pain from bad posture when sitting. The combination of strengthening core muscles and applying the "stretch sitting"
