Nope. The plane was likely not pressurized, so no crush. Think full can vs empty can—-it’s the pressure differential that cause the crush. When an open can is placed under pressure not much happens because the shell is not holding back pressure.

Given that no weapon was used and apparent lack of substantial injuries this probably amounts to some sort of misdemeanor battery/assault which could be potentially be enhanced under Ala. Code § 13A-5-13(3). It reads:
