Regardless of her last words, I feel like this horrible movie (I rented it and had to turn it off halfway through because it was so poorly acted/made) took 6 or 7 things that WERE clear about the events (Mein Kampf, vidya games, trenchcoats, girl who may be a Christian) and then created a bunch of fiction that tied it

Ratings are the worst they've ever been. I doubt AMC will keep it.

Because the show has strayed do far from its original premise that getting all 4 leads together for yet another season of drama and backstabbing and work-related angst is just TOO much. By S4 if Mad Men all the major characters were still pretty much the same, in the same roles. Draper's wife didn't suddenly takeover,

Yup. Good point on screentime. On a related note, Breaking Bad is overrated garbage, with characters that should have died in S1 or 2 (like the invincible Jesse).

It's been years, and Joe has been manipulated multiple times himself, kicked out if his own company, been divorced, no longer able to trick people, had an AIDS scare, lost the girl he loves, hurt the friends he respects…….yeah….people can change after all this.

I hope not, as much as I like it. The show needs to end. There's not enough for S4.

He nails the McAffee look doesn't he? Man! Batman could work too, easily.

Most people (and viewers) are Donnas. As I said in another comment, Joe, Gordon and Cam are creators. Donna's a maintainer. There are far more maintainers in the world than creators. Maintainers want the love creators get.

Diane represented investors who exist to go big and cash out as fast as possible. They had no desire to nurture the company.

Look at the supermarket…pretty sure the coffee sold back in the 80s didn't include Starbucks and the newer Maxwell House designs.

I thought she was gonna secretly see Joe.

Netflix ruins all things. Netflix better stay away.

They certainly could've, as I wrote in last week's comments. The show could have wrapped up nicely with Joe, Gordon and Cam working together again, in an inverse, pleasant version of S1. Instead, everyone is running away, and running from tech.

Well, if the premise of S1 hadn't been radically changed in S2 to downplay Joe and Gordon and make Donna+Cam the focus, it's very likely the show would have continued on at Cardiff as they tackled subsequent hardware and software projects. When suddenly S2 had two women in the 80s running an online gaming startup

I think the truth is in Boz's attempts early in the season to adapt to SF. He can't. He hates it. He's tired if being a crazy Texan sales guy sideshow. He enjoys his grandson because he wants to retire. You can tell he's tired of the work world. This is it for him. When it became clear Cam didn't view him as a Dad, he

Hey, they could have always taken the $20 mil offer, which is what I think Cam actually wanted. Instead, Donna pushed for an IPO with Diane and Boz along with them got dollar signs and stars in their eyes. Gordon was immune, because money means little to a dying guy. And Cam just wanted out, because she knew Donna was

They only care about Game of Thrones, aka softcore porn with a we-need-to-rabdomly-kill-someone-each-episode schlock.

IPO isn't always the best solution. Then you are beholden to investors and quarterly earnings. a better exit for Mutiny would have been a buyout or staying small and private, but having 100% control. There's a case to be made that by the time the $20 mil offer came, Can wanted to cash out, as she already knew Donna

People keep excusing Donna because most people here aren't creators. They don't make stuff people want. Joe, Gordon and Can all create. They think and act like creators. Donna is a MAINTAINER. She's good for stability but bad at innovation. Most viewers are maintainers as well, hence their connection/live for her.

Savior complex? Cameron created Mutiny. She has every right to destroy it.
