@UnicornMaster: HAHA, me too.

A little goofy looking to see Jawbone's aesthetic that size. And 200 is a lot to me. But given the top-notch quality of their headsets I might consider this over a competitor.
@Nethlem: I think it sounds great. Though technically it's been done, right? The Sega Nomad was a portable Genesis that played full-size cartridges and could be hooked to your TV. I remember wanting one.
@FritzLaurel: It's called a sample. If it was truly random then statistically it should be representative of a larger trend. We;d have to know the total number of updates in that period to know the confidence interval. And we're not really talking about updates here I assume, but rather changes to relationship…
I justified the price of an ipad because it was a totally new device. This thing is sweet, but no way could I spend $1000 on it. I'd sacrifice the portability for power and get a regular macbook. But kudos to Apple on the design and engineering.
For me, the biggest problem, and really the only reason I won't be buying a Kinect is space constraints. My apartment is 766 sq ft 1 BR. The bedroom is large, but the living room is just wide enough to have my 50" DLP at eye level and at a comfortable distance from the couch. I move the coffee table to play Rock…
@Cilixblade: Haha. made me laugh.
HA! Clearly this could be dangerous, freaking out harbor patrol anywhere you go. But it is hilarious, and clever engineering.
Bill Hader is hilarious. That Eddie Murphy was pretty awesome too.
@moetop: Yeah you're better off just watching the sketches that get a lot of talk on twitter and blogs. Most of it's not great. but there will be a few really funny ones each week.
@Michael McElrath: Or is this some local neighborhood group trying to make people think it's an actual law?
I think USB 3 needs Apple more than Apple needs USB 3. When Apple supports an interface, it seems more likely to survive. (USB2, IEEE 1394, DisplayPort). Maybe we'll see Light Peak in the next Mac Pros.
That's so great! Are the eyes those flashlight glasses? Very creative.
What kind of apparatus was used to make this image? He must have had a lens of some sort to focus on the plate.
They ought to do it as a multidisc pack with Halo 1, 2, and 3. A lot of younger gamers who started with the 360 generation never got to experience Halo 1 and 2. Halo 1 was teh game I bought with my original Xbox. later I traded it in for a discount on Halo 2 at Gamestop at midnight on release day.
@meanspirit: For real. If this guy hates money and MacBook airs so much, I'll be glad to take either off his hands.
I'm not even going to watch the video but I wanted to comment that this stuff is stupid. Take a thousand bucks and donate it to a charity rather than wasting it on making a 3 minute youtube video.
Fun fact: LEDs and photovoltaics operate on the same principle; just in opposite directions across the junction.
Clearly a smart idea. If anyone picks it up, it will be Coors Light. They're always "innovating" new gimmicks for their cans. And I love it!
@blehbleh13: I second that. Way to ruin a nice piece of hardware design like the iPad.
