That looks like the same suction cup that GoPro sells for their cams. In my experience it's rock solid. Stuck well to a de-waxed surfboard and the front of a jetski. Just make sure the surface is smooth and dry and it hangs on like a champ.

According to tirerack.com, I can buy a set of Bridgestone LM-25 RFT snow tires for my (imaginary) GT-R.
