An old beat-up Clymer's repair manual for a 1976 Hodaka Dirt Squirt. It led me thorough rebuilding a broken motorcycle when I was 11 and was the impetus I needed to start tearing apart most every appliance in the house. Now, a little more than 30 years later, not only can I spell engineer, I are one.

Don't forget "Prime Video"! I just realized I had a way to stream over my PS3 and I'm quite surprised with the number of free shows & movies available.

If it doesn't involve a leaf blower and a sliding-glass door, my house isn't going to be cleaned in 15 minutes...

You forget that it is also common in the audio community, i.e. to "overdrive" a speaker, which would match the commonplace use: "Let's crank this muthafucka up!".

I really dislike it when other folks in the building leave their offices to talk personal business on the phone - maybe to spare their officemate the disturbance: These people end up walking the hallway, talking on their phones, right outside my office.
