I could only imagine how much she enjoyed having Millie fall off the balcony.

It sounds exactly like the name of a soap opera to me. I mean, there were literally soap operas named "Edge of Night" and "Search for Tomorrow" when I was a child.

Not caring about the dog once the kid came and then giving it away is a pretty good clue that she never really loved it to begin with. Seriously.

I read Paula Uruburu's book about Evelyn Nesbit, American Eve, and it was ratherly crushingly laid out that her mother didn't care what White did as long as the family benefited from his money and influence.

Which is so disappointing. Marceline deserved better.

They fry up coconut bits and call it popcorn, as I recall.

I've been reverse searing for a couple of years, and the results have been outstanding.

I couldn't think of anything except Pink Floyd during the episode.

I mean, he was still breast-feeding seven years ago. Not from Linda, but still.

Sorry, his assumption is more valid than your actual experience.

Yeah, that doesn't actually change my feelings on the matter.

Yeah. I don't see a disconnect there, myself.

Hey, she gave up the necessities of life!

I actually felt the FitzSimmons romance was forced, and kind of insulting after how he'd been mooning after Skye. Different strokes, I guess.

Okay, I may have to read this now.

They were definitely flirty during the first season, and I was totally on the Jemma/Tripp train. But the second season they really put Tripp on the back burner, and I don't remember anymore flirtation between them. Maybe in the last ep they were concerned it would detract from the Jemma/Fitz feels to show her sad over

Weirdly, I'd actually been thinking about Tripp a couple of days ago and wishing they hadn't killed him off. He really worked well on the show.

His memoir is fascinating.

It was shown on prime time, at least.

I remember hearing it on Dr. Demento around 1982 or '83. It just wasn't available until 1985.
