I’m cool with the vape jokes, but you leave Cherry Poptarts out of this! I mean I know you meant vapor but, ah never mind.

No no no, twin charge + electric motors for torque fill. But it still has to cost under $30,000 and weigh under 2900 lbs.

Neat.

At least that stopped in 2019. New ones have the same forged pistons as the Type RA from last year. Although now they may just be tempered glass.

Sometimes the lead gif is all you need to know that the article is about Garage 54 ENG.

2nd Gear: If the head of your SOC is eavesdropping in on the content of internal conversations, then he should have been fired. I feel like maybe he’s sticking up for Elon in a tip to the SEC in an attempt to get his job back, but his efforts will probably backfire.

A coworker of mine has a 2016 and was wondering the same thing. I asked him if the 2019 didn’t have more power, would he be looking to trade in the car? He said no, and I said there you go. It seemed to help, I think.

Nah, they financed it on hopes and dreams to get them across the finish line.

So long as you’re willing to pay $30,000 - $40,000, just get a JDM one. Those prices haven’t gotten quite so crazy yet, and bonus points for RHD.

Well, shit.

Very yes. And with a 2016, someone else already took the base model Impreza worth of depreciation hit on it. Now it’ll stay at its current value for the next half decade.

I never did understand why the tubas and french horns were tacked on there, but I don’t think it really matters either.

Username checks out.

Well spotted.

A lot of people have been pointing those out as well. Now that I look, I completely agree.

No worries. That’s why I went a bit overboard with making it apparent that I was expressing a personal opinion. Really it is the entire front that reminds me of the Fusion, and the grill if you focus on the bit above the chrome. To each their own, though.

Hyundais, to me, have always looked like a mesh of design cues from other cars. This one has a touched up Ford Fusion front and upside down Civic hatch rear. Not that it is a bad thing, just that is what it looks like to me.

At first I didn’t realize this was from GT Sport and thought the configurator was up on Toyota.com. Looks like I’ll have to actually work this morning. Not that I have any interest in the car if I’m honest. Just... it’s a car configurator. It has buttons!

“That’s normal consumption.”
