Same! I still occasionally do a double take when I see my dad without the ‘stache.

I kind of agree with you. It may not read the way she intended it to sound, but it comes across as her being unwilling to meet someone half-way. Relationships take work on both sides. Like if I were to say “well no one’s stepping up to date me,” and never made an effort to go out to meet anyone...it’s not happening.
Oh I’m not disparaging anyone’s need to relax and unwind with friends, or that parental workload can vary from family to family because everyone’s situation is different. The women the article is about make it sound like they’re shouldering so much work - alone - that they can literally barely handle it without…
I’m not a mom (I know I’m not really cut out for child-raising) but my reaction to this is we should be demanding more accountability and responsibility from men. If women are turning to alcohol just to get through their days as moms because they’re shouldering so much of the work, something is seriously wrong with the…
I tried the whole “put your hair into a ponytail and just cut the split ends” thing before and it looked like garbage every time. My hair is straight and super fine, so I’m ok with spending a shit-ton of money now for color and a haircut just so I don’t look like an unkempt fourth grader. I only get my hair…
I usually get hair color/highlights at the same time as a cut so it’s considerably more expensive and takes more time, but I always do 20%, sometimes 30% if my stylist took extra time with me or went out of his way to accommodate my schedule.
Seriously. The model looked like she wanted to murder her.
1. That outfit is fucking hideous and would look awful on anyone.
You know, we get that you hate the show and you apparently hate Seth. You make the same points in every review of every episode. There are so many other things you can watch if you hate it so much.

LOL. I don’t know why but Gordon’s line reminded me of the “all right you alien assholes, UP YOURS!” bit from Independence Day.
Yeah they had some really cool shots and camera angles so you really felt the Orville being bounced around and dodging things.
He bears a striking resemblance to Jabba the Hutt there.
THANK YOU. “Latinx” drives me crazy too and anyone who thinks it’s great obviously doesn’t speak Spanish or has never studied it.
Okay, what planet are you living on where pushing someone off a bridge is a “mistake”? It doesn’t matter that she didn’t intend for it to be malicious, she should have known better.
I agree with you about all the different types of relationships. Relationships are messy. Sure, ST:TNG represented a utopia where none of this messiness existed, but I always thought it was a little simplistic to have none of this conflict exist (or if it did, for all of it to be resolved by a pontificating speech…
Well, in this case she did hurt someone, and very badly too. It may not have been malicious, but the fact that her judgment is so poor that she would do this suggests that someone with this weapons-grade-level stupidity can’t be trusted to be in society.
2 days? She could have killed that poor girl. That sentence is ridiculous.
Same. I don’t understand the appeal of frames that take over your entire face.
