This is my approach with an awful coworker too. I’m professional and polite, but I won’t hesitate to call her out and shut down her bullshit (and cc my boss on all communication) if she tries to start something over email.

I’m not a nurse but I have almost this exact situation at my workplace. Numerous complaints to the boss by multiple people and nothing ever gets done. I’m also wondering what to do besides filing a formal HR complaint. I keep being told to “ignore it” but fuck that - why should I and everyone else have to put up with…

SAME. I literally said (jokingly to one of my work BFFs) “I got a lotta problems with you people, and now you’re gonna hear about it!”
