Hahaha...you think they employ copy editors? If they do they should be fired, possibly publicly executed for crimes against language. This is the case across all GMG/whatever they call themselves, with the possible exception of Gizmodo.

This is a very narrow and 1 sided way of interpreting that question. It suggests that you (as a company) always assume you are correct and fair in your handling of performance issues.

At nearly every restaurant I’ve worked the tip out procedure is something like 5-10% of your alcohol sales to the bar, 5-10% or so of total sales to the bussers.
