Oh yeah, he’s getting a big time pass for this one. No one is mentioning how douchey he is; no one is saying it’s an embarrassment; and no one is writing negative articles about it. There was even a supportive hashtag for him that was trending for hours called #LOVE4GabbyUSA

I mean,is this really happening? Is anyone who was being a moron about Gabby Douglas being real chill about Ryan Lochte?

People need to stop with this shit. Other than the IOC, who are just trying to cover their own asses, I haven’t seen one single person give Lochte a free pass. He has gotten infinitely more shit than Gabby Douglas did.

Also, no one seemed to make a fuss about the two Americans who medaled in men’s shot put, though I wonder how much of that is more the fact that shot put is far less watched than women’s gymnastics than it is that they were white.
