Ryanair pulling out of all British airports then. Because there is no way that Brits will consent to flying anywhere without enough booze in them to pretty much kill an average Midwest town.

Collective punishment is never the answer. Not my problem.

I can drink with the best of them, to excess sometimes, but I’ve only ever been on one flight when I felt it was necessary to drink, and the flight attendants agreed and got me hammered.  Six drinks for a 1.5 hour flight.  I was super happy with them.  TWA must have told the flight crew about the horrific week of

i don’t disagree, but looking at the rate of successful claims against dump trucks for stuff falling out resulting in damage i don’t think it would be that easy to prove guilt/enforce it after the fact

Further complicating matters, the Coast Guard says it’s been dealing with exceptionally low water levels

My comment was deleted about both schools. I guess it ruffled some feathers.

The whole Sandusky thing should have destroyed PSU. The whole campus should be temporary housing for the nation’s homeless, not a functioning university. You know how schools are town down after a mass shooting? PSU should have become something else after Sandusky. And I would say the same thing if that happened at U

Eh. Minnesota here, but I’ve lived all over. We get to 100+. Not nearly as often as you guys do, but we do get there. What sucks is that we also get to -30, real temp, and sometimes lower. I remember when I moved here the first time decades ago, waiting for the school bus with a windchill of -50.

Love it.

Those are called EREVs and they’ve been gaining some traction in markets where the charging infrastructure is less than ideal.

EVs will be niche vehicles until charging infrastructure offers the same convenience as the existing fossil fuel infrastructure. Case closed. Plug in hybrids are a necessary transition to an all electric future. Case closed.

I plan on enduring the next four years the way I did the last time he occupied the White House.  My liver will take another beating, though.

11.2 billion dollars. That is the budget of the TSA.

The whole ‘Is Peanut Butter a Liquid’ debate is hilarious. Look at the Pitch Drop Experiment at the University of Queensland. It started in 1930, and only 9 drops have fallen since then.  If it’s solid, why does it drop at all?

True. These “tests” seem hellbent on destroy the vehicles.

Did they park too long near the Vdara Hotel pool area?

The guy that buys this house doesn’t care either way because they can’t cook.

“So right out of the gate, we already know it’s a tacky bro-pad right down to the gas stove”

I dislike the cybertruck as much as the next guy, but not much would have survived those tests. So, can’t really blmae the CT for failing those. Just like we can’t blame the F150 for failing those either.

So....the Ford wins because it broke early and didn’t have to do all the challenges? I’m no cybertruck fan but that’s some weird logic.
