I’m giving Blizz the benefit of the doubt here and thinking they are trying to find ways to siphon off the deathmatch players from traditional competitive. Cuz those players are the worst in a team-oriented game.

Bit overkill on the whining imo. Even us DVas weren’t this whiny about her big nerf back in the day and that was life-ruining.
They pretty much outlined this when they announced OWL. I know I’ve been telling the Blizz eHaterz about it for months. At least now it’s set in concrete.
Yeah, it does get pretty bad. I play with another woman a lot of times, we seem to be immune when together but we’ve each had some really nasty experiences when soloqueing. Toxicity is a real problem in Overwatch in general - ya got your metahounds who throw tantrums over off-meta selections, ya got your teenage…
Exactly.
Exactly.
Psh. In this situation that sounds like validating his issues, which I’m not in the mood to do. It doesn’t matter what conditioning you’ve been brought up in, you do what ya gotta do, barring depression. Depression is separate. I mean when the chips are down you have to be pragmatic, that’s the way life is. So,…
I’ve noticed in my rank “dive” translates to “let me play squishie I want.” That’s not how it works. They have to be mobile characters, so a set dive team comp is pretty much Winston, DVa, Genji, Tracer, Zenyatta +Lucio, or Mercy + Soldier 76.
Ok, whatever.
I’m not saying it’s perfect, but it’s a shitton better than what Dota2 teams have had to deal with.
Pro players (U.S.) will be put on salary with health benefits via contracts. It’s one of Blizzard’s changes from the grassroots orgs. Basically the NFL of eSports.
It got buffed in the last patch - the time for it to focus in on targets is a lot shorter, it’s actually very hard to avoid now. I’m still not used to it.
Tracer’s bullets didn’t harm him because he had just gotten shields from fighting Genji.
Yes, thank you. I was starting to wonder if anyone else watched the developer update about Doomfist.
It’s a culmination of comments I’ve seen on Kotaku since the Xmas comic. Don’t even pretend this is some random joke that just popped up.
Fair enough. I’m all over the internet and never see them except for RIP (pronounced as rip) when someone dies in OW. (lol)
Oh. I forgot tumblr operates in a bubble. Also it’s not “snark” then.
How is saying Tracer is dead even remotely witty?
Aw. I can relate. Just remember it’s impossible for one person to lose a match in OW, yes even if that one move could’ve prevented that immediate loss it took a whole team to get there.
It’s literally impossible for her to be dead, that was a flashback.
